Office Policies

• Due to the Nature of Services, Children are not allowed in the office unless they are receiving services.  We do not provide services for children under 11 Years of Age.

• Please Do Not come to an appointment if you are Sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick.  Contact me immediately and I will happily reschedule your appointment.

​

• Deposits paid prior to scheduling your appointment are NON REFUNDABLE if you have not provided at least a 24 Hour Notice in writing via Email or Text Message.  The Non Refundable Fee is $40.  For Appointments that are not scheduled online, a Credit Card number must be provided in order to hold your spot.  If you fail to show up or do not provide the 24 hour notice (via the above), your card will be charged a no show fee of $40, this fee is not refundable nor will it be applied to future services.

• New Clients are required to fill out light paperwork before their treatment, Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

​

• Full disclosure of current medications, cold sores and/or illness must be provided to prevent harm to you, other clients and myself.  

​

• Returning clients must provide updated information if it applies in order for it to be updated on your personal client consent form.
